Use of the RedSeaFoto

Joining RedSeaFoto is free. We do charge fees for using services. When you use a service that has a fee you have an opportunity to review and pay for a limited time service. RedSeaFoto reserves the right to modify the pricing of, or discontinue the RedSeaFoto Service or any portion thereof without prior notice.

Membership and Registration

If you are, or if you become, a Member of RedSeaFoto, as a condition for your membership, you must, and do hereby, accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user name or account. Trademarks

The name RedSeaFoto, REDSEAFOTO.COM and its logo are service marks, and all related trademarks and service names, designs and slogans are the trademarks or servicemarks of BASH CONSOLE LIMITED. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Website are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners. None of these trademarks, or other product or service marks contained herein, may be used in connection with any product or service, in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that may disparage or discredit the owner of the respective trademark or other product or service mark without the mark's owner's express written consent.

Miscellaneous

BASH CONSOLE LIMITED reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time.
